Orders

Tracking your order is simple and easy to do. We will send you an email letting you know once your order has shipped. You can log into your sale44 account and find all your order information. Click on "My Orders" and click on "View Details" and you can click on "Track" to find out where your package is. You can also submit a ticket to find out about your order.

When you place an order with sale44 we will have to process the order first. Processing usually takes 1-7 business days for your order. We will send you an email if the processing for your order takes longer than expected. Shipping time will depend on which country you reside in. Please refer to our shipping section on how long it will take to get your package. 

There are two types of order cancellations.
1. Cancelling an unpaid order.
To cancel an unpaid order, please log into your sale44 account. There you will go to "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be cancelled from there.
2. Cancelling a paid order.
To cancel a paid order, please log into your sale44 account. You will need to submit a ticket by clicking the "My Tickets" button and completing all the necessary information. Once we receive the ticket we will cancel your order within 24 hours. If you feel like you need to cancel the order right away, then please click on the "Online Help" button at the bottom of the homepage. Please note that once an order has shipped we can not cancel the order. Please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange a refund.

 

Here at sale44 , we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. You should receive your order within 6-32 business days depending on what country you reside in from the date your order was placed. For more information on shipping please refer here. You may also track your order once it has shipped by signing into your SHEIN account and clicking the "My Orders" button.

We will send you an email once your order has shipped. If you did not receive an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or it could of went to your spam folder. It normally takes 3-7 business days for us to process your order and we will then ship your package out. If you have not received an email about your order being shipped within 7 days of the date you placed your order then please contact sale44 customer service by submitting a ticket online.

sale44 has multiple warehouses all over the world. We have warehouses in California, New Jersey, China, Dubai and Belgium. Your items will be shipped from the nearest facility that stocks the item you ordered.

Payment

sale44 currently provides cash on delivery for UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Omen, India. In order to enjoy the service:

For UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Omen customers:

Order total must be 50-400USD, and Express Shipping must be chosen as your shipping method.
There will be a 6USD service fee upon delivery.

For India customers:

Order total must be less than USD200.
There will be a 1.2USD service fee upon delivery.

Tips: for COD orders, we would like to tell you customers could only return the items to us for refund, we could not make the exchange for you, we advice you to directly reorder the new item if you want to make the exchange and return the original item to us for refund.
